With passion for changing lifestyle with yoga, he pursued the Ashtanga & Vinyasa style to share the it with others. He went on to study under some of the most respected teachers in India and has since become a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. In his classes, Naveen brings a mixture of traditional and modern approaches to yoga, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindfulness.
He places a strong emphasis on proper technique and individualized instruction, ensuring that each student receives the guidance they need to reach their full potential. With his ability to teach the Primary and Intermediary series of Ashtanga, his classes help every practitioner to connect with themselves.

From the airport, taxis are readily available to the ashram, and we can arrange an airport pickup on request for an additional fee.
By TrainRegular train services connect Delhi and major cities to Haridwar Railway Station, approximately 25 km from Rishikesh. From Haridwar, taxis and shared vehicles connect to the ashram. We can arrange Haridwar station pickup on request.

By RoadRishikesh is approximately 5 to 6 hours by road from Delhi via the NH58. Luxury bus services operate regularly from Delhi's ISBT Kashmere Gate. From Rishikesh bus stand, a short taxi or auto-rickshaw ride brings you to the ashram.
