Important Things to Know Before You Pay

We are totally committed to keeping things straightforward and above-board in our dealings with you. So, please take a little time to read the following section on our payment and refund terms.

• We kindly request our aspiring students to remit full payment of the course fee before their classes begin. The deposit payment can be made in advance to reserve your space and the remaining balance can be cleared upon your arrival at the ashram.
• A deposit is to be made when confirming that you will attend a Yoga Teacher Training Course, short course or retreat. The deposit amount is USD 110 in total and in fact, this meager amount secures both your place and preferred dates.
• Your deposit remains valid for a full year from the date we receive it, so you have some time to sort things out and work on potential alternatives if you decide to reschedule.
• If you need to change the date of your booking and put it back to a later time, then that’s perfectly okay, just remember the fees and terms at that moment in future will apply.
• All payments including your deposit and any balance payments - are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. We say this with kindness, because once a spot is reserved for you, we hold it exclusively for you and may turn away other students.
• If something unexpected happens - such as a genuine medical issue - training fees may be partially refunded after deducting the proportionate amount for any days already attended. Each case is handled with care and compassion.
• If you need to cancel and are unable to attend, our team will do their best to support you. A partial refund may be offered under special circumstances, at the discretion of our administration. Any approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation.
• We want to underline that our school regulations are in place to provide the best possible environment for all students present at our schools. If we expel any student because he/she breached our regulations, we certainly will not return any money paid on his/her behalf.
• If you pay by credit or debit card or by an online payment method, the applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law. You can avoid this by settling the balance in cash on arrival to negate the application of these charges.
• The validity, construction and performance of these terms and conditions shall be governed by Indian Law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Uttarakhand, India.
