Under the guidance of his esteemed mentor, Sri Asaram Ji, he delved into the realms of Sanskrit and spiritual wisdom while tending to cows in the Himalayan forests finding himself more closer to his roots. His spiritual quest led him to study under the tutelage of various masters, including Gorakshpith, where he refined his skills in traditional yoga and Ayurveda.

Hatha Yoga Pranayama
Shikha Sharma, a native of Delhi, started her journey into the world of yoga at the tender age of five under the guidance of her father. Despite pursuing further studies in commerce, her passion for yoga remained unwavering. This passion has led her to learn Yoga under respected teachers in India. It wasn't until the onset of the second wave of COVID-19 that she decided to delve deeper into her yogic path, ultimately earning a Master's degree in Yogic Science.
She is a dedicated Hatha Yoga teacher, blending her academic knowledge with the wisdom passed down through generations, helping others discover the transformative power of yoga. In her classes, she blends breathwork with movement creating a perfect balance during asana practice. Her classes help students finding their balance with help of aligning breath, body and mind.
Pranayama Yog Nidra
Born and raised in a traditional Brahmin family in the holy city of Rishikesh, Yogi Upendra Ji was introduced to yoga and ancient scriptures in his early childhood by his father, a Sanskrit scholar. He decided to pursue his studies further, traveling to the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger to complete a certificate course before studying Vedanta at the Yoga Vedanta Forest academy at Sivananda Ashram Rishikesh.
Here, he surrendered himself to perfecting his teaching and yogic discipline under the guidance of his Guru Swami Vishwa Rupananda Saraswati. His Pranayama and Yog Nidra classes not only helps students gaining the in-depth knowledge of different Shat Kriyas (Yogic Cleansing) but also Pranayama techniques. His Yog Nidra classes help students to connect with their inner-self and start their self-journey into the spiritual world.

Naveen Bisht is an accomplished Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga teacher who has been teaching at Gurukul Yogashala for the past 5 years. With passion for changing lifestyle with yoga, he pursued the Ashtanga & Vinyasa style to share the it with others. He went on to study under some of the most respected teachers in India and has since become a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. In his classes, Naveen brings a mixture of traditional and modern approaches to yoga, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindfulness.
He places a strong emphasis on proper technique and individualized instruction, ensuring that each student receives the guidance they need to reach their full potential. With his ability to teach the Primary and Intermediary series of Ashtanga, his classes help every practitioner to connect with themselves.
Sound Healer Reiki Healer
With life-long passion to understand human mind and how different healing works, Disha started her journey of being a Sound Healer and Reiki Healer creating a scared space for her students to heal themselves and others as well. She uses diverse range of Sound Healing instruments to help in unique needs and intentions.
Through the melodic interplay of singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, through the universal guidance, her sound healing sessions helps in deeper relaxation, emotional release and inner harmony. Ritesh Bhatt is a yoga teacher for last 6 years. He was born and raised in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand (also known as world capital of Yoga). His journey of yoga started with Sivananda Saraswati Asram in Rishikesh. Later he got trained under the tutelage of his guru, Acharya Shri Praveen Nair. “Understanding the Body” and then move is the essence of his teaching. As fascinated by the subject, he has developed a unique teaching methodology. That make his class more interesting and fun.
